• 9:30am: Career Advancement Programs: Resources to Develop Your Workforce, Lana Gordon with Hamilton-Ryker TalentGro

• 10:15am: Federal Resources on Workforce, Kim Shiu with the Health Resources and Services Administration

• 11:15am: Keynote, Joyce McEwan Crane, Director of Learning and Development, Kansas Leadership Center

• 12:30pm: Lunch

• 1:15pm: Integrated Behavioral Healthcare: Learning and Problem-Solving, led by Christina Boyd, KU School of Social Welfare

• 2:15pm: Giving Back: Providing Input on Kansas Fights Addiction Needs Assessment, led by Alyssa Nava, Kansas Fights Addiction and Chris Tilden and Silke Von Esenwein of the KU Center for Public Partnerships and Research

• 2:45pm: Afternoon breakout options (you will be asked to rank these options on your registration form as head count is limited for Option 3, the REH tour):

  • 1: Panel: Wellness and Integrated Behavioral Healthcare: A Deeper Dive, with Greg Hennen and Jodi Hayse of Four County Mental Health and Cooper Nickel, MD, and Erika Warbinton, PhD, of Limestone Health

  • 2: Panel: The Health Workforce Pipeline: Local High School and College Partnerships: featuring Jamie Hicks of McPherson Hospital and local education partners

  • 3: Tour of Mercy Hospital in Moundridge, with COO Derek Peachey, to see their organization and hear about their journey to Rural Emergency Hospital (REH) status

• 4:00pm: Social event at The HUB in Moundridge

  • We’re happy to offer a post-meeting social at a thriving rural business. It’s come-and-go, and KSRHA will provide non-alcoholic beverages and appetizers from 4-6:30pm.

  • You will be asked on the registration form to indicate if you are likely to attend so that we can have an estimated head count in advance.
